Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Terms

  • All shipments are processed based on ExWorks (EXW) terms. Under EXW, the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation, picking up the goods at our warehouse, and covering all costs associated with transportation, including insurance, customs, and other fees.
  • Other shipping options such as FOB (Free on Board) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) can be discussed and agreed upon during the order placement process. These options may include different shipping terms, carriers, or logistics arrangements based on mutual agreement.


2. Pickup Location

  • All orders must be picked up from the specified warehouse location, unless an alternative shipping method is arranged.


3. Order Processing Time

  • The order processing time and the expected date for pickup will be determined and confirmed in the terms and conditions of the proforma invoice. Once the payment terms (e.g., deposit) are fulfilled, the proforma invoice will specify the estimated time required to process the order. The buyer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup based on the timeline outlined in the proforma invoice.


4. Transportation and Risk

  • As per EXW terms, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are made available for pickup at our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for all transportation arrangements, including selecting a carrier, obtaining insurance, and managing customs documentation if applicable.
  • If alternative shipping terms are arranged during order placement, the agreed-upon conditions will determine the transfer of risk and responsibilities.


5. Pickup Details

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 5 business days’ notice before pickup to ensure that the goods are ready and that the proper paperwork is completed.


6. International Shipments

  • For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.
  • If alternative shipping arrangements are made, we will assist with the documentation and coordination based on the agreed shipping terms.
